Return Process

  Log into your Beardo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.

  Upload Proof

  Provide clear images or a short video of the product and its invoice to verify any damages or discrepancies reported.

  Quality Check

  Our courier partner will pick up the package, which will then undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse to ensure it is in its original condition.

  Refund Processing

  Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Beardo Wallet within 5-7 business days.
